Tonight I made a mistake on an order and screwed a little girl out of about 3 dollars and I feel horrible about it because by the time I realized it, it was too late for me to fix without having to call a manager. I prayed about it, but I genuinely just feel horrible. I hope she receives that back tenfold. She was a sweet little girl.
I just got off of work. My feet are sore and I’m tired. I have to open in the morning. I just calculated my finances, only to find out that I’m going to have to stretch and scrape this first check to make sure all my expenses are covered. This all could have been avoided had I just never picked up that vice in the first place. This is a lesson hard learned, but it was better now than later.
